9 Month Update

Our precious girl is 9 months old!

Nine months.

Time is going by WAY too fast for this first time momma.

She is getting so much personality. I thought she had personality before…nope. She is so funny, so bright, so energetic, so fun, so loving. She is so sassy, so stubborn, so independent.

She is the light of her mommy and daddy’s life.

Right after Mary Alice turned 9 months old we took our first family vacation to Savannah, GA.

Not only was it our first family vacation, Matthew ran his first half marathon while we were in Savannah!!

Daddy and Mary Alice before the race with his support signs.

Hanging out before the race…it was 4:30 in the morning!!

Daddy is a winnner!!

We went to the doctor’s office for her 9 month well check and she was 15 pounds 8 ounces and 26 inches long. She is wearing 6-9 month clothes and size 3 diapers.

Mary Alice got very sick a couple days after her appointment and ended up admitted to the hospital for 24 hours because of dehydration due to an intestinal virus.

Mommy will be fine if that NEVER happens again. She is feeling better and we have a follow up on Friday to make sure she is good to go.

What a big month this has already been!

OH my goodness! What fun!! WE LOVE SAVANNAH! What a fun city to visit (and run in). 🙂

  2. Oh she is just adorable. They just change SO FAST at that age. I hope you are soaking it up. And what a peanut! Umm… my 4 month old may have been bigger than her at his last checkup. 😉 So sweet.
